Elopements have become increasingly popular in recent years, and it’s no wonder why. For couples who want to avoid the stress and expense of a traditional wedding, eloping can be the perfect solution. And what better place to elope than San Francisco City Hall?
Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing Deborah and Fermin, a couple who found me on TikTok and flew in from New Jersey for their elopement at San Francisco City Hall. They wanted a simple and elegant ceremony that focused on their love for each other, and San Francisco City Hall provided the perfect backdrop for their special day. Deborah and Fermin arrived at City Hall dressed in their finest attire. The bride wore a beautiful white dress, and the groom wore a beige suit. They were both beaming with happiness as they made their way up the grand staircase and into the Rotunda, where their ceremony was to take place.
The ceremony was brief but heartfelt. The couple said I do with just me and the officiant in attendance. The beautiful marble columns and soaring dome of the Rotunda provided a breathtaking setting for the ceremony, and the couple’s love for each other was palpable.
After the ceremony, we took the couple on a tour of the building, stopping at various locations to take photos.
Deborah and Fermin were thrilled with how their elopement turned out. They were able to focus on what was truly important: their love for each other. San Francisco City Hall provided the perfect setting for their special day, and I was completely honored to be a part of it.
If you’re considering eloping, we highly recommend San Francisco City Hall as a destination. With its grand architecture and beautiful interior, it’s the perfect place to celebrate your love in an intimate and meaningful way.
